Description

The Youth and Family Academy began operation in 1996 and provides services to students in grades 7 through 12 who seek a non-traditional educational setting. The mission is to provide all youth the opportunity to learn at a high academic level through interaction with adults and other youth in a rich, dynamic, and safe environment where diverse learning styles are encouraged and to address social conditions that affect the lives of students so that their capacity for educational achievement increases.
