Job Description:

Be a founding leader of something amazing.  Rocky Mountain Prep is a new PK-8 public charter school in Southeast Denver whose vision is to close the achievement gap.  As the Director of Community Engagement & Development you’ll seek out and apply for competitive grants, craft our story and work with the Executive Director to engage supporters.  This work will enable all of us to achieve our mission of providing an excellent college-preparatory education to all students.

 

What you’ll love:

  • Finding and applying for competitive grants and other funding opportunities
  • Designing and implementing effective donor-tracking management system
  • Investing others in our mission
  • Planning and executing fun and compelling events
  • Crafting and communicating our story to a variety of stakeholders

Rocky Mountain Prep is a tuition-free, public charter school slated to open in August 2012 in southeast Denver.
