Job Description:The Early Education Assistant Teacher will work with the supervision and guidance of the Early Education Lead Teacher. The Assistant Teacher may function in multiple rooms, having the responsibility of supporting the educational plans of students in the infant room, toddler room, preschool room, and/or the pre-kindergarten room. He or she must enhance a creative, caring, educationally based classroom insuring all academic, social, emotional, and physical needs are met through an inclusive learning environment. The Assistant Teacher will create and implement lesson plans in accordance to the Colorado Model Content Standards, as well as, follow all rules and regulations of the Division of Child Care in the Colorado Department of Human Services.
