Charter school boards are held accountable for everything that happens at their school, particularly as it relates to academics and student achievement, fiscal and operational management, and overall execution of the organization's mission. This package provides strategies, tools and guidance for tracking the school's progress toward mission-driven goals and objectives and also addresses more involved processes such as charter renewal. This package could include assistance in the following areas:

  • Charter contract renewal
  • The accountability committee's roles and responsibilities (legal and otherwise)
  • Student data management and longitudinal analysis
  • Creating an accountability plan and school improvement plans
  • Measuring constituent satisfaction through surveys, etc.
