Exhibitor Table Top Package - $900
Includes:

One six-foot draped table and two chairs
Company/organization profile in the conference program
Post event list of conference attendees
Two tickets to the networking reception
Two meal packages (meal packages include: breakfast and lunch on both days)
Listing on Exhibitor Grid game board included

Exhibitor Booth Package - $1,300
Includes:

Space allotted for free standing 8’ X 10’ booths (must provide specifications in advance upon registration)
Company/organization profile in the conference program
Post event list of conference attendees
Two tickets to the networking reception
Two meal packages (meal packages include: breakfast and lunch on both days
Listing on Exhibitor Grid game board included

Exhibitor Grid Game

As an exhibitor, your company logo will appear on a card that will be distributed to each attendee. Attendees will come by your booth for a sticker during the event, which will increase traffic and visibility of your product and service. Once an attendee has gathered their required amount of exhibitor visits, they will be entered into a drawing to receive prizes. Prizes will be awarded on Friday during lunch. This is a valuable activity the League is conducting to maximize your ability to connect and network with conference attendees. When you sign up for this event, please send a high-resolution photo of your logo to Tiffany Kallevik at tkallevik@coloradoleague.org.

Deadline for sponsorship packages and exhibit space is January 20th. After deadline you will not get to participate in the Exhibitor Grid game and you will not be able to purchase ad placement.
