What are the vendor opportunities? How much is each opportunity?

The registration form is asking if my company is a Vendor Marketplace Participant or Group Purchasing Program to exhibit, sponsor or advertise at the conference. What does this mean?
The League Vendor Marketplace participants and Group Purchasing Program participants save on their conference Exhibitor fees.

How do I know if my company is a participant of the League Vendor Marketplace Program?

How can I access my invoice?
After registering online, you will receive an email that contains a link to your invoice.
How do I make a payment and when is it due?
We are able to accept both credit cards and checks. Credit cards payments (Visa and Master Card) can be made through our online registration tool. If you would prefer to pay by check, checks should be made payable to: Colorado League of Charter Schools

How are exhibitor spaces assigned?
This year exhibitors will get to choose their location and price range. Sponsors will have priority locations. Here is a map of the exhibitor hall.
I purchased an 8x10 booth, what does that include?
Each 8x10 booth space will be equipped with one 8’ skirted table and two chairs. The League will not be responsible for providing the booth material other than the afore mentioned materials.
What are the key dates for registration, cancellations or substitutions?
How many people are expected to attend the conference?
Typical attendance is around 400 charter school representatives from over 140 public charter schools from around the state.

The 18th Annual Conference will be held at the Omni Interlocken Resort in Broomfield, CO. See the Hotel Accommodations page for more information.

General Directions to the Hotel:
FROM THE NORTH
Take I-25 South, exit on 104th Ave. and turn right. Proceed on 104th until you get to US 36 West and go towards Boulder. Exit on Interlocken Loop/Storagetek Drive and turn left. Proceed 1 block to Interlocken Blvd. and turn left. The hotel is located up the hill on the left side.
FROM THE SOUTH
Take I-25 North to US 36 West. Exit Interlocken Loop/Storagetek Drive and turn left. Proceed 1 block to Interlocken Blvd. and turn left. Hotel is located up the hill on the left side.
FROM THE EAST
Take I-70 West to I-25 North to US 36 West. Exit Interlocken Loop/Storagetek Drive and turn left. Proceed to Interlocken Blvd. and turn left. The hotel is located up the hill on the left side.
FROM THE WEST
Take I-70 East to I-25 North to US 36 West. Exit on Interlocken Loop/Storagetek Drive and turn left. Proceed 1 block to Interlocken Blvd. and turn left. The hotel is located up the hill on the left side.
FROM BOULDER
Take US 36 East, exit Interlocken Loop/Storagetek Drive, make a right onto Interlocken Loop/Storagetek Drive, then make a left onto Interlocken Blvd. The hotel is located up the hill on the left side.
FROM DOWNTOWN DENVER

Where do I ship my table materials?
You can ship your materials to the hotel. Be sure to have the name of the event (Colorado Charter Schools Conference) and the person that will be picking it up on the label.
Packages may be shipped no more than (3) days prior to the event. Packages of excessive weight or value must be approved by hotel prior to delivery. $5.00 per box, incoming and $5.00 outgoing handling charge for all boxes processed by hotel receiving. Can I get electricity and internet service at my booth?
There is a charge of $70 to bring power to your booth. This is the contracted rate from the hotel and is not eleigible for any discounts. Click here to download the form for power at your exhibit space. Power is ararnged with the hotel. Checks for power can be made payable to

We are happy to be offering a free wireless connection throughout all event space. We have been told that the signal is strong and extremely reliable.
Please note: If you need a wired connection for your booth, please negotiate this cost directly with the hotel. A wired connection often creates a logistical challenge for the hotel and may affect where we place you on the exhibit floor.
When and where do I check-in once I am onsite?
Exhibitor registration will take place on Thursday, February 23 starting at 6:00 AM in the conference area. Just proceed to the conference check-in desk located in the the main hotel lobby. (This location may change as we approach the event. Simply follow the signs in the hotel and you will find us.)
Is the exhibitor area secured after hours?
No, the exhibitor area is not secured. Please be sure to remove all valuables from your booth.
