You can inform the Conference Coordinator on your registration form in the designated areas.  If you need to re-access your registration form just go to www.regonline.com/clcsconference08.


Registation

What is included in my registration fee? What is the registration fee?
All educational sessions (with the exception of the indicated workshops); the Welcome Reception on Thursday, all continental breakfasts, luncheons, and refreshment breaks (as indicated in the program).

Registration fees are based on the CLCS membership. Your membership must be current and/or processed before you may receive the member registration rate. All registration fees in U.S. Currency.


When are the deadlines for registration?
General Conference Attendees:
Early Bird ends October 1
Late Registration ends November 1


How can I register for the Annual Conference?
Online Registration is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.


How can I pay for the Annual Conference?

We are able to accept both checks and credit cards (Visa & Master Card). After registering online, you will receive an invoice as part of your confirmation e-mail. If paying by check, please print your invoice and make checks payable to: Colorado League of Charter Schools

How do I know if I'm registered?
All attendees will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation/receipt verifies your address information, the event(s) you have signed up for, and how much you have paid. Attendees who register online are urged to print the invoice copy of their registration to keep for their records as well as mail in a copy of the invoice to CLCS with payment. If you have not received your confirmation within 48 hours of registering, please contact Kelly Grable.

I have a question or problem with my registration. What do I do?

What if I need to cancel my registration? Can I make a substitution on my registration? What are the deadlines for Attendees, Sponsors, Exhibitors or Advertisers?

Conference Attendees

Substitutions are gladly accepted. You are able to make changes/substitutions to your online registration record by using the password that you created.

Registration cancellations/refund requests received by October 10, 2008, will be refunded 100%. Cancellations made on or before October 25, 2008 will be refunded 50%.

No refunds will be made for Attendees on or after October 26, 2008.
No refunds will be given for no-shows.  

Sponsors, Advertisers, & Exhibitors:

100% refund for Sponsors, Advertisers, & Exhibitors if cancelled by Sept. 19, 2008.
NO REFUND IF CANCELLED AFTER THIS DATE


How will I receive my badge?
For attendees registering in advance, your badge and registration materials will be held for you at the Registration desk, located in the main lobby of the Red Lion Hotel.

Which hotel is providing us a discounted rate for the conference?
Red Lion Hotel Denver Southeast in Aurora, CO. 


When is the cutoff to reserve a hotel room and receive a discount?
Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and reservations must be made by October 23, 2008, in order to receive the CLCS discounted room rate.  


What are the sleeping room rates at the hotel?
We have reserved a block of rooms at the Red Lion Denver Hotel Southeast for a rate of $84 per night.


How do I make a reservation for a sleeping room at the hotel?
The 15th Annual Colorado Charter School Conference will be at the Red Lion Hotel Denver Southeast in Aurora, CO. To place your hotel reservation, please the hotel directly at the number listed:

When you call, please reference the Colorado League of Charter Schools room block. In order to take advantage of this rate, please call and reserve your room no later than October 31, 2008.

Rates are subject to sales and occupancy taxes. If you are a tax-exempt organization, please submit a copy of your Certificate of Tax-Exempt Status at the time of paying your deposit and also at the time of check-out.

Please note: you must register for the Annual Conference prior to reserving your hotel room.


How do I get to the hotel?

  • From the Denver Airport :
    Exit the airport onto Pena Blvd, stay on Pena for 12 miles. Take the left ramp onto I-70W for about 1.6 miles.  Take exit 282/Colorado Springs/Peoria Street onto I-225 S toward 282 Aurora/Colorado Springs, go 8.7 miles. Take exit 4/Parker Rd onto S Parker Rd (CO-83 S)and go 2.1 miles. Make a U-turn at E Lehigh Ave onto S Parker Rd (CO-83 N) and go 1.1 miles. The hotel will be on the right.

    Please note: The Red Lion Hotel Denver Southeast is pleased to offer complimentary airport transportation for our meeting participants (currently a $55.00 cab fare). They are the only hotel in the southeast/DTC area to offer this complimentary, dedicated shuttle service to Denver International Airport (DIA). To catch the shuttle from DIA, exit doors 508/509 and go to Island 3. The shuttle comes every 20 minutes. There is a Courtesy Phone with a direct connection to the hotel located near the baggage claim.

  • From the East:
    Head West on I-70 to I-225. Take exit 282/Colorado Springs/Peoria Street onto I-225 S toward 282 Aurora/Colorado Springs, go 8.7 miles. Take exit 4/Parker Rd onto S Parker Rd (CO-83 S)and go 2.1 miles. Make a U-turn at E Lehigh Ave onto S Parker Rd (CO-83 N) and go 1.1 miles. The hotel will be on the right.

  • From the North (Denver area):
    From Denver take I-25 south to I-225 North. I-225 North to the Parker Road exit. Turn right onto Parker.  Stay in the right lane to Dam Road. Turn right on Dam Road to South Vaughn Way. Turn right on South Vaughn Way and the hotel is on the left.

  • From the South (Colorado Springs area):
    From Colorado Springs take I-25 north to I-225 North. I-225 North to the Parker Road exit. Turn right onto Parker.  Stay in the right lane to Dam Road. Turn right on Dam Road to South Vaughn Way. Turn right on South Vaughn Way and the hotel is on the left.
