During each legislative session, the Colorado League of Charter Schools will provide a weekly newsletter, called Charter News from the Capitol, that provides updates about proposed legislation that may affect charter schools. 

This publication is only sent during the legislative session which typically runs January through May of each year. Below are archived versions of our legislative updates from 2009 and 2010.
