Registration Information

Registration for the 19th Annual Colorado Charter Schools Conference coming soon.  The conference will be held at the Omni Interlocken in Broomfield, CO February 21-22, 2013.

Attendee Registration Rates

Registration is now open!  Please click here to register. 

Individual Attendees:

  • Individual League Member $300 (2 day) / $200 (1 day)
  • Individual Non-Member $350 (2 day) / $250 (1 day)

Save $10 per registration by signing up as a group (4 or more people)

 

Discounted rates available for charter school teachers and new school developers.  Click here to see registration fees and deadlines.

Registration for attendees includes:
• Access to all breakout and general sessions
• All meals (refreshment breaks, luncheons, and breakfasts)
• Networking Reception

 

*** Attention presenters – if you are selected to present at the conference, you will receive a discount code that can be used to access the special presenter rate. Presenters selected after being registered will have their registration adjusted once selected.

Confirmations and Invoices
The Colorado League of Charter Schools will automatically e-mail registration confirmation and invoice to all registered attendees.


Refunds, Cancellations and Substitutions
Substitutions are welcome at any time.

Conference Attendees:

Substitutions are gladly accepted. You are able to make changes/substitutions to your online registration record by using the password that you created.

Registration cancellations/refund requests received by Friday, January 20, 2012, will be refunded 100%. Cancellations made on or before Friday, February 10, 2012 will be refunded 50%.
No refunds will be made for Attendees on or after Saturday, February 11, 2012.
No refunds will be given for no-shows.

Sponsors, Advertisers & Exhibitors

100% refund for Sponsors, Advertisers, & Exhibitors if cancelled by Friday, January 20, 2012.

NO REFUND IF CANCELLED AFTER THIS DATE


Important Registration Deadlines
August 31, 2011 - Deadline for Early Early Bird registration discount for Attendees
December 1, 2011 - Deadline for Early Bird registration discount for Attendees
January 20, 2012 - Deadline for Hotel Registration to receive the League's discounted room rate
January 20, 2012 - Deadline for 100% refund for Sponsors, Advertisers, & Exhibitors
January 20, 2012 - Deadline for full refunds for Conference Attendees
February 10, 2012 - Deadline for 50% refunds for Conference Attendees - Sorry, no refunds if cancelled on or after February 11, 2012.
