Sponsorship Opportunities

Registration is currently closed. Deadline for sponsorship packages and exhibit space is January 20, 2012. If you register after this date you will not get to participate in the Exhibitor Grid game. You will also not be able to have ad placement in the program booklet.

Diamond Sponsorship – One available: $15,000

The Diamond Sponsorship is the most elite, high-exposure sponsorship opportunity for the Colorado Charter Schools Conference.

Speaking opportunity (3-5 minutes) at the beginning of both conference luncheons (Thursday & Friday)
Premier booth space for either two tables or space for one free standing 8’ X 10’ booth in Sponsor Walk section of exhibit hall (value: $1,300 + premium)
One full-page advertisement with premium placement in the conference program (value: $800)

Get your company’s name and logo into the hands of every attendee – sponsor the Program Guide included in each attendee bag! The Program Guide is reference by conference participants throughout the conference and even after the closing session. This sponsorship includes a center spread ad in the Program Guide, as well as a discount on your exhibit booth.

Advertising Rates:

Advertising in the conference program is an opportunity to gain visibility with the charter schools community. Each participant receives a program and references it frequently during the two-day conference. Advertisements are black and white.

Full page (7.5” W x 9.5” H) $800
Half-page (7.5” W x 4.75” H) $500
Quarter-page (3.5” W x 4.75” H) $250

Deadline to submit an advertisement is December 15, 2011.
